  • planning and coordinating the deployment of Sophos protection software with customers based on their requirements
  • troubleshooting various problems related to Sophos
  • writing internal documentation based on my findings in different customers’ environments

Ikron is a small company providing services to external customers like Hungarian Telekom, Doktor24, Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Csongrád-Csanád, CAS Software, CE Glass.

  • repairing customers’ devices in a precise manner, fast
  • creating an internal job tracking system in PHP which tracked incoming jobs, sold and purchased devices, customers’ custom orders etc.
    I did the development under PHP 7, for the frontend I used the front-end framework Materialize
